1. Acceptance
By downloading or using MuslimX ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
ATOMIC Limited grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Permitted Use
The App is intended for personal Islamic practice and worship. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without written consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any server or service used by the App
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
4. Religious Content Disclaimer
MuslimX provides Islamic content including prayer times, Quran text, adhkar, and AI-assisted reflections for informational and worship assistance purposes only. For religious rulings (fatwas) or scholarly opinions, please consult a qualified Islamic scholar. ATOMIC Limited does not assume responsibility for any religious decisions made based on content within the App.
5. AI Features
The AI Reflection feature uses large language models to assist with understanding Islamic texts. AI responses may contain errors. Always verify important religious information with qualified scholars.
6. Prayer Times Accuracy
Prayer times are calculated based on your device location and selected calculation method. Local variations due to geography, weather, or religious authority rulings may differ. Always verify with your local mosque or Islamic authority when required.
7. Account Terms
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed.
8. Intellectual Property
All App content, design, and code are owned by ATOMIC Limited or its licensors. Quran text is in the public domain. Hadith texts are sourced from publicly available collections. Reciter audio is used under respective licenses.
9. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ATOMIC Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date above.
